The service was excellent! The managers went above and beyond to provide advice about the best days to visit Jungfraujoch and what hikes to take. We hadn't planned the details of our trip and it was helpful to know where to go (and whether it would be worth our effort, given that we had young children in tow) and when. Also, I think the breakfast was terrific - a real American buffet breakfast that set us off well for hikes in the mountains. Also, I liked that we had a space to check the internet, play chess and basically hang around.
The only thing I wish Hotel Staubbach had was a more charming interior to match the wonderful exterior. If the hotel had an oriental rug and old leather couches, I imagine that it could be a nice gathering place after a long days hike for guests.

The units are immaculately clean and huge with microwave. Nice touch to have big windows and a balcony. The location is stunning and fantastic, near by attractions.

Have to say I loved sensational breakfast. The staff are amazingly nice and the room is neat. The location is great in a beautiful area, near to Staubbach waterfall, and other waterfalls on one side. There is café Airtime, set 500 metres walk away.

Paradise - can't wait to return! The view was superb - a beautiful, unimpeded view of the tranquil valley and waterfall. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the station and close to all the restaurants, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The room was comfortable and spotless, with complimentary tea, water or coffee. The breakfast selection was great and fuelled us for our daily activities. Only downside was the thin curtains that didn't darken the room and the nearby church bells that chimed every hour, but overall, an amazing stay!

Had an excellent time. Special hotel with good wi-fi, the location was favourable to a common area. The staff was welcoming and exceptional all day long. I had double room with a private bathroom. Location: the venue was next to a beautiful valley, Lauterbrunnen, Schilthorn.

We recommend this hotel to friends. The venue is unique, gorgeous based in a very comfortable building. The rooms are extremely spacious, with tea, fridge, a massive balcony provided. The staff is exceptional, pleasant.

When I am in Lauterbrunnen, I like staying here. This is a family-friendly fairly clean hotel providing immaculately clean rooms. Staff is amazingly nice and you can park your car on-site. The venue has a nice restaurant.

The room turned out to be huge and quiet with shared bathroom and microwave, as example. Favourable location and overall the staff was courteous and enthusiastic. Found time to see Talmuseum Lauterbrunnen, that's just a short walk away from the property.
